1. Introduction

Welcome to Ollingo Trip. By booking any travel service or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.


2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A partial or full advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the ??????.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Ollingo Trip will not be responsible for any issues due to missing or incorrect documents.

5. Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes in the itinerary are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Ollingo Trip reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or operational issues.

6. Liability

  • Ollingo Trip acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport).
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service deficiencies by third-party providers.

7. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package cost includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any additional expenses (personal expenses, entry tickets, etc.) are not included unless specified.

8. Force Majeure

Ollingo Trip shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


9. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must behave responsibly during the ??????.
